Recent Trips: Route 66

My photo buddies and I recently drove Historic Route 66 through parts of southern California and western Arizona. As I learned when I rode the entire Route a few years ago, one can always expect to see deteriorating buildings, murals, old cars, weathered artifacts, and architectural icons. The landscape of the Route on this excursion was within the Mojave Desert backdrop and was quite beautiful, in a desert sort of way.
